Countdown to New Restaurant in Gresham November 26, 2008

Hello Everyone-

Sorry for not posting anything in awhile, but we are busy trying to get ready for the weekend.  Two of the handcrafted beers were transferred into serving tanks today, the IPA and the G-Light.  There will be two more brews tomorrow and things are looking on time for December 1st.  Some things that will be featured on Saturday for the soft opening will be the following;  Honeymoon Shrimp-Shrimp sauteed with fresh peppers and pears in a locally brewed lemongrass/coconut infused sake, Pork Tenderloin sliders-The key to this one is that all meats will be smoked in-house and slow cooked.  There will be many other features so bring an appetite.  If I don’t get to post before Turkey Day……Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Downtown Brewery Opening in 2 Weeks November 18, 2008

Hello Everyone,

The opening of the most anticipated Brewery in Downtown Gresham is still on schedule to open December 1st.  4th Street Brewing Company is doing last minute “touch-ups” and looking forward to serving the Greater Portland area starting in December and throughout the new year.  Adam R has brewed to batches of beer and is doing a double brew tomorrow.  Cheers to everyone and I will be posting more updates.

Beer Brewed in Downtown Gresham November 12, 2008

Well everyone, Adam R brewed his first batch of beer today at 4th Street Brewing Company.  We are also booking quite a few parties at the new location.  If you are interesed please call 503.669.0569 and ask for Adam Klimek.  We are still on target to open December 1st at 11am.  See you then!

Historic Downtown Gresham Brewery November 6, 2008

Good News for ALL of us…….Adam R completed his first water brew at 4th Street Brewing Company yesterday.  He feels he will be able to do the first brew on Monday.  Hurray!  Today we moved 90 percent of the items we will be keeping from Main Street to 4th Street.  The HD televisions are being installed today by DTI/Best Buy and things are on pace to open to the public Dec. 1st.  More updates to come…….

Downtown Gresham Restaurant November 4, 2008

As you all know we closed Main Street Ale House as of Saturday.  This week we are working on getting everything packed, cleaned and ready for the move.  Over at 4th Street Brewing Company the upstairs is just about finished.  We will be moving in some restaurant items at the end of the week.  We are taking reservations for parties in December for the Holidays.  We are filling up quickly so if you are interested please contact us asap.  If you would like a private tour, please call Adam K at 503.669.0569.
