Hello Everyone-
Sorry for not posting anything in awhile, but we are busy trying to get ready for the weekend. Two of the handcrafted beers were transferred into serving tanks today, the IPA and the G-Light. There will be two more brews tomorrow and things are looking on time for December 1st. Some things that will be featured on Saturday for the soft opening will be the following; Honeymoon Shrimp-Shrimp sauteed with fresh peppers and pears in a locally brewed lemongrass/coconut infused sake, Pork Tenderloin sliders-The key to this one is that all meats will be smoked in-house and slow cooked. There will be many other features so bring an appetite. If I don’t get to post before Turkey Day……Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
